What is go!-coach?

With the help of the interactive go!-coach training planning you can make out your own trianing plans. It makes no difference whether you need a "building-up" programme for absolute beginners or detailed competition preparation for advanced triathletes. go!-coach will enjoy either teaching you to run or to design your training so that new PBs will soon show how you have improved.

How does go!-coach work?

In order to be able to receive your training plan, you need to inform us on the side 'Trial Training Plan' about your sporting qualifications and what you expect to achieve by training. A few of the most important questions in short:
bulletYour present training
bullet Preferred type of sport (running, duathlon, triathlon)
bullet Desired frequency of training
bullet Your physical constitution
bullet Your personal best times (PBs)
bullet Your pulse rate frequency
bullet Planned competitions etc.

How do you receive your training plan?

Your data is sent to us by e-mail and within a short time (often after only 20 minutes), you can have your weekly training plan in your hands. Either this will have been sent to you by e-mail or you will have downloaded it from the Internet. Postal delivery of training plans ordered through the Internet is not possible.

What can go!-coach do?

go!-coach is a dynamic programme which adjusts to your wishes and desires. It makes no difference whether you would like to train for a triathlon at short notice, increase the frequency of your training, or new PB's demand a more ambitious training plan - it's no problem for go!-coach. You will not receive 'off the peg' training plans from us, but training instructions orientated around your possibilities and your sporting aims. You can even train on your own 'home routes'. You will regularly be informed whether the amount of training is sufficient to ensure an improvement in your competitiveness, or whether you should complete additional training units. Naturally the micro and macro cycles are taken into consideration, as well as the division of the year into seasonal periods, recuperation weeks and general tips for planning your training. At present we are working on a side (references) on which you will be able to see some of our publications. We are very proud of our sundry European and world champion titles, which our clients in various age groups have achieved. And what are you hoping to achieve?
