General Terms of Business

Validity

All offers, deliveries and results from go! – coach GmbH (Ltd.), Hagen are carried out, ensued and result exclusively on the basis of the general terms of business. Alterations and additions are only valid when they have been confirmed in writing by us.

Delivery of goods

Delivery of goods. The delivery of training plans and goods from go! –coach occurs as quickly as possible. Confirmation of binding /reliable delivery dates cannot be given.

Extended reservation of proprietary rights

All deliveries of our goods occur under extended reservation of proprietary rights. Property only then belongs to the customer when the commitments from business connections with us have been paid off.

Compensation

Claims for compensation from any form of legal justification are ruled out. This also applies to claims for compensation from resulting profit, consequential damage and resulting damage.

Exclusion of Liability

Responsibility will not be taken for any injuries resulting from training through go! –coach. The customer is obliged to consult a doctor of his own choice to assess his state of health and certify starting training without harm. The customer is also obliged to discontinue training if health problems or doubt should arise.

Delivery of training plans

Training plans are made out within the subscription rules and are sent per e-Mail. Every customer receives at least one training plan per week. If no plan has been ordered by Sunday evening, the customer will receive a "suggestion plan" free of charge, based on available data. The customer has the possibility of ordering at least one up-dated training plan per week.

Cancellation of membership

Subscription can be stopped at any time. After receipt of notice, no further subscription fees will be deducted. Already paid subscription fees cannot be refunded.

Other Agreements

If individual regulations of these conditions should be or become partly or wholly inoperative, the validity of the remaining conditions will not be effected.

Transmission of data

Data will not be passed on to third parties. The data will only be used to make out your training plans and for processing business transactions. .

Court of Jurisdiction

The Court of Jurisdiction is Hagen / Westphalia (Germany). Return to data input
